The Universal Saddle (All-Purpose)
The Universal saddle is a true multi-purpose saddle. The adjustable stirrup bars allows for two settings of stirrup leathers. With the stirrup lever in the open position, the rider can jump or ride cross country with a more forward stirrup leather. With the stirrup lever in the up position the rider is positioned for flat work and dressage as the stirrup leather is further back.

Reins are available in leather with leather notches or web with leather notches. The reins come in either 5/8" or 3/4" widths. Rubber reins are also available.
Available in the traditional length or single layer Dressage leather. Each stirrup leather is lined with nylon webbing and wrapped with the softest leather. The Dressage leathers are adjusted at the bottom near the stirrup iron.

THE LEATHER
This saddle is made of the finest English leather. The seats are made from a soft, durable "Oregon" hide and the legs flaps from a pliable vegetable tanned hide known as "Mellow English Saddle Butt."
THE BILLETS
Equipped with traditional 3-billet position.
THE GULLET
Equipped with the new, exclusive Varilock™ adjustable gullet system.
THE POINTS
Equipped with our exclusive Swallow Tail™ points. These are shorter than regular points and are curved back to avoid any interference with the horse's scapula when he is moving, thus creating enormous freedom and range of motion in the shoulder.
THE PANELS
The panels are filled with the finest “Jacobs” wool. Wide gullet and broad panels allows for a greater distribution of the rider’s weight on the horses back.
THE KNEE ROLLS
The Universal saddle offers two different size removable knee rolls. The long knee roll for flat work and the short knee roll for jumping.
