"For years I sat in saddles provided by the owners of the horses I was riding. For the past two years, I have been riding a friend's horse in a saddle I couldn't tolerate. Knowing that I would likely never own my own horse, I began to look for a saddle that I might transfer to a different horse in the future. "My big Sport Horse, Bravo, is 17.2hh and 1,500 lb.  He has a very broad back and prominent, but relatively narrow whithers with deep pockets above a fairly pronounced scapula.  Bravo also tends to gain a lot of muscle quickly during show season. I must have tried over a half dozen saddles on him, all in vain and at great expense. The Rendezvous proved perfect!!  The adjustable tree accommodates his whithers and allows minute changes between seasons, while the swallow tail tree points truly free his shoulder. The wide, deeply padded gullet conforms nicely to his back and distributes the weight evenly. The seat is extremely comfortable and deep enough to provide a secure feeling, but allows enough movement to easily shift for lead changes and half passes. After acquiring the Rendezvous, Bravo immediately opened up his chest, moved freely in his shoulder, became more forward and went from low to high sixties at training and first level within his first two years of training. Also, Libby and Jeremy have been great to work with being very responsive and helpful with my questions. Thank you, Laser!"
